This is BULLSHIT. It is not a crime to be ineligible to vote and they would not know until AFTER the election if that was true.
State election boards do not have the money to call individual voters. If there is an issue, it would have been sent in a letter weeks before the election.
ANY phone call, ANY, claming you do not have the right to vote is bullshit. That can only be determined AT the polling place, and you can then go to an election judge.
